Secret Santa · White Elephant · Very good surprises

Keep the Santa secret.
Make the joy obvious.

Your cousins. Your colleagues. Your slightly competitive friends. Get the whole crew in on a little festive mischief.

Bring your people together, draw names privately and make the surprises personal. Christmas cap very much included.

A LITTLE DEMO · NO REAL DRAW

Someone’s on your nice list.

For your eyes only.A little suspense never hurt anybody.

Real assignments stay private to each giver.

The nice list, organised

Less spreadsheet. More secret Santa.

One place to organise the exchange, without turning the group chat into a second job.

Gather your merry people.

Choose your group, set the sign-up deadline and exchange date, and let people opt in. Friends, family and colleagues all get a place at the table.

Agree on the little details.

Set a spending limit in your currency or add an agreed gift list. People can share ideas, preferences and wishlists to help their Santa get it right.

Let the names stay secret.

Once sign-up closes and at least two people have joined, the organiser can draw. Each giver gets their own match privately. Even the organiser cannot see who drew whom.

Good surprises. Thoughtful controls.

A little mystery. Properly handled.

01 /

Keep the right people apart.

Organisers can set exclusions before the draw—for example, to stop partners drawing one another. If the rules leave no valid match, adjust them before drawing.

02 /

Make gift ideas useful.

Share a wishlist or leave a few hints. Secret Santa preferences are for the person giving to you after the draw, so the thoughtfulness doesn’t spoil the surprise.

03 /

Plans change. That’s okay.

If someone leaves, organisers can rematch affected people or redraw the whole exchange. People whose matches change are told privately.

Fancy a plot twist?

Meet White Elephant.

For the crew who enjoy a little friendly chaos with their wrapping paper.

01 /

Bring the group together.

Create a White Elephant exchange, set your dates and agree a spending limit or gift list. Everyone opts in before play begins.

02 /

Draw the order.

Kola gives the group an order of play. Unlike Secret Santa, this is an order everyone can see—not private giver-and-recipient pairings.

03 /

Let the unwrapping begin.

Gather in person or online and play by the rules your organiser agrees. Gifts, swaps, laughter and just enough competitive energy.

Good questions

A little clarity.

Is this just for companies?

No. Secret Santa and White Elephant are for friends, family groups and companies. You can start with a personal account or organise one in your company workspace.

Can the organiser see everyone’s Secret Santa match?

No. Matches are private to each giver. Organisers manage dates, exclusions and redraws without getting a list of who drew whom.

Does setting a spending limit automatically buy a gift?

No. A limit helps everyone agree a budget. The draw does not charge anyone or place an order. Choose your gift separately; purchases show their own price and confirmation.

Can we do this outside Christmas?

Absolutely. Keep the mystery, change the occasion. Gift exchanges work for reunions, team gatherings and a just-because surprise too.

Can someone leave after names are drawn?

Yes. The organiser can rematch affected participants or redraw everyone before the exchange. People receive their new match privately.
